Tim Moran Auto Group ("TMAG" "we", "our", or "us"), including Tim Moran Chevrolet, Tim Moran Ford, and Tim Moran Hyundai, is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while respecting individual privacy rights.

This Notice does not apply to areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy, including restrooms, locker rooms, or designated changing areas.

Our surveillance systems may utilize AI-enabled technologies for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • License plate recognition (where enabled)
  • Facial detection or facial recognition (where enabled)
  • Occupancy monitoring
  • Intrusion detection

  • Safety and security monitoring

AI-assisted alerts or analyses are intended to support human decision-making. Final decisions regarding customer interactions, employment matters, investigations, or security responses are made by authorized personnel.

4. Why We Use Surveillance

Surveillance technologies may be used to:

  • Protect customers, employees, and visitors
  • Protect dealership property and inventory
  • Deter theft, vandalism, fraud, and other unlawful activity
  • Investigate accidents and incidents
  • Assist law enforcement investigations
  • Improve operational safety
  • Support insurance claims

5. Audio Recording

Certain monitored areas may include audio recording capabilities.

Where audio recording is utilized, Tim Moran Auto Group seeks to provide appropriate notice consistent with applicable law through posted signage, employee acknowledgments, or other reasonable means.

Individuals who enter designated monitored areas acknowledge that audio recording may occur where permitted by law.

9. Individual Privacy

Surveillance systems are not intentionally installed within locations where individuals reasonably expect privacy, including:

  • Restrooms
  • Locker rooms
  • Designated changing areas
