I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to write one this time. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a pre-owned 2020 Ford F-150 from Tim Moran Chevrolet in Hemet. I live over an hour away, and after buying vehicles from several dealerships over the years, I can honestly say I'm glad I made the drive. My salesperson, Max, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, He never put any pressure on me. He worked hard to get me a great deal and made the entire buying process enjoyable. Sonny, the Sales Manager, was equally impressive. He was friendly, positive and had a great attitude. He helped arrange financing through my bank, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, which saved me a tremendous amount of time and made the entire purchase incredibly smooth. When it came time to complete the paperwork, Hector in Finance was excellent as well. He clearly explained all of my options. Even better, all of the paperwork was completed electronically, and I was able to sign everything on my phone, making the process quick and incredibly easy. One thing that really stood out was the customer service after the sale. Since I drove to the dealership by myself and wasn't trading in a vehicle, I couldn't drive both vehicles home. Without hesitation, they arranged for a staff member to deliver my new truck to my house. Overall, this was the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. If you're looking for an honest, professional, and hassle-free dealership, I highly recommend Max, Sonny, Hector, and the entire team at Tim Moran Chevrolet. They've earned my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again or recommend them to my family and friends.
